Small bowl of Wheaties with skim milk

Snack:
Medium banana

Lunch:
Beef ravioli with fresh mushroom and tomato sauce

Dinner:
Wildtree Jambalaya with sausage, chicken and shrimp

Drink:
Water
24oz Hammer HEED

Workout:
Cycling 1hr 11miles
Ab/core 15mins
Yoga 5mins
