Maximizing my weight loss
Injury free and excited about this. Since I am privileged enough to be a stay-at-home mom I'm going to brave P90X Doubles not to discount my 3 miles walks with my friends and puppies. With a the time during the day to do the Cardio portion and then complete the normal portion with the hubby at night I should be able complete this program easy-peasy. I will just need extra motivation on days that I don't feel up to it and I know that I will receive that type of support on here and from those around me.
